دوامي تطبيق لإدارة حضور الموظفين وانصرافهم وإجازاتهم وعملهم الإضافي. تستخدمه الشركات لموظفيها، وكل حساب فيه تنشئه إدارة الشركة التي يعمل بها الموظف. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها التطبيق وسبب جمعها ومن يطّلع عليها.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، ورقم الهاتف، والبريد الإلكتروني إن وُجد، والرقم الوظيفي، والمسمى الوظيفي، والقسم، وتاريخ التعيين، وصورة الملف الشخصي إن أضفتها. تُدخل إدارة الشركة معظمها، ويمكنك تعديل اسمك ورقم هاتفك وصورتك.
• الموقع الجغرافي: موقعك الدقيق في لحظة تسجيل الحضور أو الانصراف أو بدء البريك وإنهائه أو تأكيد التواجد أو بدء العمل الإضافي فقط، للتحقق من أنك داخل مكان العمل. لا يتتبع التطبيق موقعك في الخلفية ولا خارج هذه اللحظات.
• شبكة الواي فاي: اسم الشبكة المتصل بها هاتفك وعنوان نقطة الوصول لحظة التسجيل، إذا اشترطت شركتك الاتصال بشبكة العمل.
• بيانات الجهاز: معرّف للجهاز وطرازه ونظام تشغيله وإصدار التطبيق، واعتماد الإدارة له، وما إذا كان الهاتف يستخدم موقعًا مزيّفًا أو عليه روت أو كان محاكيًا، وما إذا كانت شبكة VPN تعمل.
• التحقق من الهوية: تتم مطابقة البصمة أو الوجه أو رمز القفل على هاتفك نفسه عبر نظام التشغيل. لا نتلقى بصمتك ولا صورة وجهك أبدًا؛ نتلقى فقط نتيجة التحقق، وما إذا تغيّرت البصمات المسجّلة على الهاتف.
• صور السيلفي: إذا اشترطتها شركتك، صورة من الكاميرا الأمامية عند الحضور والانصراف، وتُحذف تلقائيًا بعد 90 يومًا.
• سجلات العمل: أوقات الحضور والانصراف والبريك، والتأخير، والعمل الإضافي، وطلبات الإجازات والعمل الإضافي وأسبابها، وتأكيدات التواجد، والمحاولات المرفوضة.
• الإشعارات: رمز الإشعارات الخاص بهاتفك لإرسال التنبيهات إليك.
• بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP وسجلات الطلبات لأغراض الأمان وتشخيص الأعطال.

لماذا نستخدمها

• تسجيل حضورك وانصرافك وحساب ساعات العمل والتأخير والعمل الإضافي وأرصدة الإجازات.
• منع التلاعب: التحقق من المكان والجهاز والهوية، ورصد المواقع المزيّفة والأجهزة غير الموثوقة.
• إرسال الإشعارات المتعلقة بعملك، مثل نهاية الشيفت وقرارات الطلبات وتأكيد التواجد.
• تشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها وإصلاح أعطالها.

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها في الإعلانات، ولا يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات أو أدوات تتبع إعلاني.

من يطّلع عليها

• شركتك: مديرو الحساب والموارد البشرية ومديرك المباشر يرون بيانات حضورك وطلباتك بحسب صلاحياتهم.
• مزودو الخدمة الذين نعتمد عليهم لتشغيل التطبيق فقط: الاستضافة (Vercel)، وقاعدة البيانات (MongoDB Atlas)، والإشعارات (Firebase Cloud Messaging من Google). يعالجون البيانات نيابة عنا ولا يستخدمونها لأغراضهم.
• جهات رسمية إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.

الحماية والاحتفاظ

تُنقل البيانات مشفّرة عبر HTTPS، وكلمات المرور مخزّنة بصيغة مشفّرة لا يمكن استرجاعها. نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائمًا لدى شركتك. عند انتهاء عملك تؤرشف الشركة حسابك فيتوقف الدخول به، وتبقى سجلات الحضور لديها للمدة التي تحتاجها قانونيًا ما لم تطلب حذفها. صور السيلفي تُحذف بعد 90 يومًا.

حقوقك

يمكنك الاطلاع على بياناتك وسجلاتك داخل التطبيق، وتعديل اسمك وهاتفك وصورتك. ولطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو حذف حسابك راجع صفحة حذف الحساب. يمكنك أيضًا منع الإشعارات أو صلاحية الموقع من إعدادات هاتفك، علمًا بأن تسجيل الحضور يحتاج إلى الموقع.

الأطفال

دوامي مخصص لبيئة العمل ولا يُوجَّه لمن هم دون 18 عامًا.

Dawami is an app for employee attendance, leave and overtime. Companies use it for their staff, and every account is created by the administrators of the company the employee works for. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and who can see it.

What we collect

• Account details: name, phone number, email if any, employee number, job title, department, hire date, and a profile photo if you add one. Your company enters most of these; you can change your name, phone and photo.
• Location: your precise location only at the moment you check in, check out, start or end a break, confirm your presence or start overtime, to confirm you are at your workplace. The app does not track your location in the background or at any other time.
• Wi-Fi: the name and access point of the network your phone is on at that moment, when your company requires its workplace network.
• Device information: a device identifier, model, operating system and app version, whether your company approved the device, and whether the phone reports a faked location, is rooted or jailbroken, is an emulator, or has a VPN running.
• Identity check: your fingerprint, face or screen lock is matched by your phone's operating system on the phone itself. We never receive your fingerprint or face; we only receive the result of the check and whether the enrolled biometrics on the phone changed.
• Selfies: if your company requires them, a front-camera photo at check-in and check-out, deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Work records: check-in, check-out and break times, lateness, overtime, leave and overtime requests and their reasons, presence confirmations and refused attempts.
• Notifications: your phone's push token, to send you alerts.
• Technical data: IP address and request logs, for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

• To record attendance and compute working time, lateness, overtime and leave balances.
• To prevent fraud: verifying place, device and identity, and detecting faked locations and untrusted devices.
• To send work notifications such as the end of your shift, decisions on your requests and presence checks.
• To run, secure and fix the service.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. The app contains no ads and no advertising trackers.

Who can see it

• Your company: its administrators, HR and your manager see your attendance and requests according to their role.
• Service providers that run the app for us, only for that purpose: hosting (Vercel), database (MongoDB Atlas) and notifications (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging).
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Security and retention

Data travels encrypted over HTTPS and passwords are stored as one-way hashes. We keep your data while your account exists at your company. When you leave, your company archives the account so it can no longer sign in; its attendance records stay with the company for as long as it legally needs them unless you ask for deletion. Selfies are deleted after 90 days.

Your rights

You can see your data and records in the app and change your name, phone and photo. To get a copy of your data or have your account deleted, see the account deletion page. You can turn off notifications or location permission in your phone settings; checking in needs location.

Children

Dawami is meant for the workplace and is not directed to anyone under 18.
